This short film was made through fragments of documentary interviews during a research trip to Israel and the West Bank for a course, ‘Documenting Israeli and Palestinian Food Cultures’. Compiling an array of perspectives, this piece encourages viewers to investigate the ties between preserving tradition, food, and the claim to a home. Our work on this trip is also included in an interactive documentary in progress, as part of the Enterainment Technolgoy Center’s initiative.
